Qualifying films will feature women, nonbinary or trans artists in one of the following roles:
- Writer
- Director
- Leading Character
Washington State Short Film Categories:
- Best Film
- Best Scream Queen
International Categories:
- Best Film
- Best Scream Queen
Winners in each category will win $250. A trophy will be presented if the filmmakers are in attendance otherwise a certificate will be mailed after the festival.
